Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Enforce safety and compliance policies (OSHA, company standards)
- Assist in customer service and problem-solving situations, addressing issues on site
- Communicate effectively with management, crews, and clients
- Maintain records of attendance, supply inventory, and work completed
- Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness and safety standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions independently
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to motivate and guide staff in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Experience in scheduling and time management
- Physical capability for the role (lifting, standing, climbing ladders, etc.) Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree or technical certification preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe operating protocols
- Ability to use technology for scheduling or log management (email, apps)
