Your primary focus will be creating a safe and comfortable environment that promotes the overall well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in meeting their personal care needs, ensuring utmost comfort, and upholding their dignity.
- Managing and providing comprehensive support for clients' medication requirements.
- Monitoring clients' health status and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Accurately maintaining records of all provided care and diligently documenting any observations or concerns.
- Offering meaningful companionship, emotional support, and actively listening to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, proficiently handling meal preparation, and expertly running errands as necessary.
- Creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients.
- Communicating professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Remaining flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Performing a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
- Adapting to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care and support.
- Must possess a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
- Must demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and skillfully prioritize tasks.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
- Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team.
- Guaranteed payment of $42,000 per year plus bonuses for a full 40-hours per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked.
