Financial Manager

This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of the consolidated overhead financials for the Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EBDT) organization including the execution and delivery of financial planning and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.

This position will act as a liaison between the EBDT functional vice presidents and the finance team, translating their financial needs into actionable plans. This position is considered a high visibility, high impact position within the Enterprise Operations finance organization.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Partner with the EBDT finance leadership team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a ~$2.5B expense portfolio
• Analyze financial trends and lead the preparation and presentation of monthly EBDT consolidated financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making and actionable insights
• Prioritize and enhance customer relationship with EBDT functional vice presidents, Business Area CIOs, and PMO office
• Partner with EBDT PMO and finance team to execute key financial strategic initiatives (cost trending, multi-year affordability challenge mitigation, 1LMX benefits tracking, etc.)
• Lead and facilitate IT capital planning activities
• Lead Site Finance and IWTA administration activities for business area requested IT support
• Identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities in the financial planning processes
