Finance Manager

Duties: Support business organizations by providing key financial support and analysis to help drive and improve business performance; Build financial valuation models and perform financial and business analytics to support strategic decisions and business cases, including investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, pricing, operational optimizations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, strategic assessments, investment analysis forecasts and review actual results of operations compared to forecasts; Provide analytical support for decisions, such as capital budgeting and pricing analyses; Research opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings within the functional area, present those opportunities to senior managers, and support in implementing them; Support management and staff of functional areas regarding Company financial policies and procedures and assist them in interpreting and applying those policies. May telecommute.
Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalency) in Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience in the following:
Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $103,195.00 - $138,788.65 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Performing valuation methodologies, such as discounted cash flow modeling, valuation multiples and incremental profit and loss (P&L) impact to inform decision making;
- Utilizing Finance, Accounting and Tax knowledge such as forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to analyze financial data;
- Advising teams by performing analysis such as time series analysis or trend analysis to interpret large data sets; and
- Building financial models, such as merger & acquisition models, revenue and expense forecasts, or asset partnering collaboration including in-license, outlicense, or profit share, utilizing Microsoft Excel tools including Quick Analysis, Conditional Formatting, or Power View.
