Responsibilities
We are seeking a full or part-time File Clerk for our law firm. While experience in a law firm is a plus, we are willing to welcome someone who is eager to learn. File Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain file room including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
Open new files as directed
Maintain master file database
Work with attorneys and staff on office projects
Assist with greeting and seating people for in-office meetings
Assist with mail/Federal Express/hand deliveries
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
Stock/maintain/order supplies for supply rooms
Stock/maintain kitchen and conference rooms
Salary And Benefits
$16-$18 per hour
Paid time off
