Job Summary
The Field Service Project Manager is responsible for leading a variety of field-related projects within Strada’s B2C business unit. This role ensures employee, customer, and job site safety; adherence to timelines and budgets; high-quality service delivery; and strong customer satisfaction. Projects may involve geographic expansion, entry into new trades, acquisition-related training/system integration, and onboarding of new technicians. Additionally, the Project Manager is expected to monitor compliance with local building codes and seek cost-saving opportunities or margin-enhancing product trends. This position reports directly to the Director of HVAC Field Service.

Projects may involve geographic expansion, entry into new trades, acquisition-related training/system integration, and onboarding of new technicians. Additionally, the Project Manager is expected to monitor compliance with local building codes and seek cost-saving opportunities or margin-enhancing product trends. This position reports directly to the Director of HVAC Field Service.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for all assigned projects
- Monitor project progress, escalating issues as needed
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather input
- Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and labor resources
- Ensure compliance with regional building codes, safety standards, and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure productivity and profitability across branch locations
- Partner with the VP of Internal Operations to improve internal processes and systems
- Coach and influence project stakeholders to align with project goals and timelines
- Detect, surface, and resolve conflicts among individuals and workgroups
- Coordinate delivery of work activities and monitor performance across project tasks
- Strong knowledge of the trade and field operations
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Experience managing field personnel and technicians
- Deep understanding of business process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, team building, and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional outcomes
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to break down complex concepts into executable plans
- Effective conflict resolution and internal consulting skills
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team setting
- Skilled in detecting concerns early and implementing appropriate solutions
- Able to tailor communication style and messaging to different audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, project management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a field service management or project management role
- Experience with geographic or trade expansion and/or acquisition integration preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to travel between 50% and 75%, based on project field needs
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Ability to navigate active job sites and adhere to safety requirements
