We are seeking dedicated and licensed Field Investigators to conduct surveillance and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) assignments within designated geographical areas. This role requires adherence to specific instructions from the Investigations Coordinator while employing established investigative methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and accept case assignments promptly
- Follow detailed guidelines as provided by the Investigations Coordinator
- Perform video surveillance on assigned individuals for the designated duration, utilizing proven investigative techniques to capture covert footage
- Conduct additional investigations, including securing recorded statements, performing scene inspections, conducting activity checks, and gathering necessary documentation
- Document each case assignment thoroughly with written notes
- Submit video footage, photographs, digital recordings, and time sheets via email to the Investigations Coordinator by the next business day
- Adhere to deadlines and submit daily time sheets consistently
- Maintain regular communication with the Investigations Coordinator regarding case progress
- Strong investigative capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using investigative tools, including laptops, video cameras, and digital recorders
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Valid State Driver’s License is required
- Current Private Investigator License is mandatory
- Being licensed in multiple states is advantageous
- Dependability and the ability to meet deadlines consistently are crucial
- Self-starter mindset with the capability of working independently
