Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Installation Technician located in Lawton or Altus, OK. The Field Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining fixed wireless systems, resolving issues through troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. The technician will work closely with clients to address their needs and guarantee a smooth installation process.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in cabling and installation of internet services
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to perform work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions
