We are looking for a high performing F&I Manager/F&I Director to join our team!
If you are looking for an opportunity to work with 4 great brands, then look no further. On the Hampton Campus we have Audi, Mercedes, Hyundai, and Genesis. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our F&I team. This individual will primarily be responsible for working with our Audi clients, but will have the opportunity to work with our Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, and Genesis clients on specific days during the work week. This will be a great opportunity to learn/work with multiple brands and expand your knowledge. We are also in the process of revamping our Pay Plans, so there will be opportunity for more! We are looking for leaders that embody our core values; character, integrity, work ethic, team work, and performance. If you are looking for growth opportunity and advancement, then we are the group for you.

Requirements
- 1 year of F&I experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to operate CDK, Dealertrack, and Darwin
- Strong work ethic
- Luxury automotive experience (preferred)
