MercyOne Northeast Iowa invites a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza. This is an excellent Outpatient opportunity to practice in a modern, multi-specialty clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation.

- Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine
- Call: 1:8 – phone only, with nurse triage, no hospital call
- Flexible scheduling options for work-life balance
- Single practice location, Mon.-Fri. 8:30 am - 5 pm

- 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
- $150,000 Bonus Package
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
