Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Associate Attorney based in Miramar, FL. The Family Law Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks including client consultations, legal research, preparing and filing motions, managing depositions, and representing clients in family law cases. The role requires collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Qualifications
- 10-years experience in Family Law and handling various Legal Issues
- Skilled in preparing and arguing Motions
- Proficiency in managing Depositions
- Strong understanding of Law and legal principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
