FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems.
Ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained, clean and safe. This may include handling small repairs, painting, replacing light bulbs, and other minor tasks.
Ensure the building complies with safety and environmental regulations and maintain appropriate records related to inspections, repairs, and safety procedures.
Keep accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Work closely with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and improve facility operations
Other maintenance duties as requested
