- Pay range of $85000 - $120000 per year

- Check and perform blast design
- Perform all aspects of surface blasting including loading production holes and/or pre-split, stemming, delaying, detonation, and blast inspection
- Operate equipment on smooth and rough terrain
- Maintain accurate blasting inventory of all explosive supplies
- Execute complete and accurate shot reports
- Conduct thorough pre and post-shift safety inspections of mining equipment
- Maintain site security during blasting operations
- 5+ years of experience blasting in quarries
- Current Georgia Blasters license or ability to obtain
- Dedication to safety, following best practices and company policies
- Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate at all levels of the organization
