Experienced Automotive BDC & Marketing Director

Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive BDC & Marketing Director to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) and oversee all marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to drive sales opportunities, improve customer engagement, and oversee all aspects of marketing to strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the BDC team to maximize lead conversion, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and in-store) to drive showroom traffic and online engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics for both BDC and marketing initiatives, making adjustments to improve results.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to align strategies with dealership goals.
• Train, mentor, and lead staff to ensure consistent execution of best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an automotive BDC leadership role and in marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, and lead management processes.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
