The Executive Vice President, QuickSTAT is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation across the QuickSTAT business unit. This role requires extraordinary leadership; the ability to inspire teams, shape culture, and deliver results in complex, fast‑moving environments.
You will be required to skillfully balance flexibility, strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management, while consistently translating business requirements into fit‑for‑purpose, high‑impact solutions. You will foster collaboration and alignment across the business unit, modelling the leadership behaviors expected at the executive level and creating an environment where teams can excel.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.

- Define and execute QuickSTAT’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities and market opportunities
- Oversee end‑to‑end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions
- Lead financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Deliver on quarterly RFC and annual target with respect to key company KPI’s, including but not limited to gross profit, and net profit
- Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams; cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion
- Partner with product, finance, HR, marketing, and technology leaders to drive integrated execution
- Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions
- Lead transformation initiatives, champion organizational agility, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity
- Represent QuickSTAT to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers.

- 15+ years of senior leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustained business results
- Proven success leading large, complex teams across multiple functions and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses in dynamic and competitive markets
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience driving transformation, organizational, digital, operational, or cultural
- Advanced degree preferred
