EXECUTIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT
Mid-size law firm in Newark, NJ is looking for the right candidate for a temporary to permanent Executive Legal Assistant position.
Applicant must have no less than 4 years of experience, preferably in defense litigation/corporate law.
Duties & Responsibilities
High-level administrative support to 1 member and associates.
Member support requires exceptional communication skills and understanding of legal processes.
Administrative Support Includes
Senior Member’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and prepare agendas.
Oversee emails, correspondence and respond as needed.
Assist with research, data collection and preparation of presentations.
Drafting, editing and proofreading correspondence and other documents.
Managing confidential information with discretion.
Time Entry, e-file, scan and copy documents as needed.
Excellent organization skills ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Work well under pressure.
Courteous and professional demeanor.
Team player.
