The Executive Sponsor Program empowers Cloud leaders to serve as strategic drivers of Google success. In this role, you will nurture trusted C-level relationships, uncovering new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with our top-tier customers to uncover and solve their toughest issuess. You will help grow an executive sponsor program designed to advance C-suite customer relationships, drive customer outcomes and cloud consumption and accelerate deal progression by increasing synergies between key customers and Google executives. Your role will be instrumental in empowering our Executive Sponsors to foster deep, relationships with our most valued customers by partnering as a trusted advisor to drive transformational outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with Business teams, Engagement Strategists, Cloud Product Teams, and Cloud go-to-market (GTM) leadership to ensure alignment. Your understanding of the Google Cloud business, customer program offerings, and program management experience will enable customer engagement and help achieve objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience in using data and metrics to measure program performance, identify insights, and make informed decisions. Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customers.
- Experience in a technology-driven company or with enterprise software/cloud solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and executive reporting tools.
- Experience with global programs and cross-cultural executive engagement.
- Experience leveraging quantitative analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies and sales methods, and experience collaborating with sales, senior leaders, and marketing to drive tangible customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop programs to accelerate the executive sponsor program strategy, aligning it with company-wide business objectives and growth initiatives. Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and demonstrate ROI.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard Google Cloud executives to serve as executive sponsors for accounts and initiatives.
- Drive the sponsor activation program, which provides guidance and enablement to executive sponsors, equipping them with the necessary resources, insights, and communication strategies to foster relationships.
- Partner with field enablement, marketing, sales and engineering stakeholders, and top partner programs to create and support strategic alignment across Google.
- Partner with account teams and stakeholders across customer success to own Sponsor proposal preparation and facilitating kick-off meetings with sponsor/strategist/account teams to ensure coordination.
