Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Manages a complex calendar, travel, expenses, expense reports for the CHRO, and events for the HR Team across multiple time zones. Additionally, provides support to the Senior HR team.
- Drafts, edits, various communications and presentations for both internal and external audiences
- Partners with the CHRO, Senior HR Leaders and Finance to monitor the HR Budget in addition processes invoices, severance agreements, expense reports and purchase orders for the HR and Payroll Teams.
- Manages the administration of Immigration process by maintaining and organizing legal documents, communicating with employees and external counsel, and ensuring the progress of each case.
- Manages confidential information and projects under the director of the CHRO and the Senior HR Leadership Team.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and managing day to day responsibilities.
- Works with international colleagues on various global projects with CHRO and Senior HR Leaders.
- Collaborates with the VP of HR Operations to manage the HR Dashboards for Executive and Monthly Team Meetings; Utilizes HR and Payroll systems to track and create dashboards with the HR Operations Leader.
- Leads organization projects under the direction of the CHRO and Senior HR Leaders.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask with skills in prioritization, managing multiple priorities, and pivoting as needed.
- Strong communication skills (communicate clearly, efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders).
- Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
- Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years related experience required.
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
