Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and supporting the operational functions of the company. This is an on-site position, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and supporting the operational functions of the company. This is an on-site position, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties And Responsabilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of company documents, licenses, and compliance files.
- Support financial and operational reporting through data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate company meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support special projects and help streamline company operations and workflows.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional correspondence and interface effectively with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and vendors.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling data, documentation, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive company and patient information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and comfortable learning pharmacy or healthcare management software.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues, anticipating needs, and implementing effective solutions.
- Time Management: Efficient in prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Able to identify gaps and propose effective solutions for improved collaboration.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role. Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to task management.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
