Role Overview

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support multiple Marketing VPs—someone who’s ready to make an impact behind the scenes and help our leaders stay focused, prepared, and ahead of the curve.

Reporting directly to the Marketing leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless operations across a fast-moving department. This is more than a support role—it’s an opportunity to be a strategic partner at the heart of a high-performing team.

This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You must be within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

About The Role

• Managing a fast-paced calendar of meetings, appointments, and events with precision and flexibility.
• Preparing expense reports, drafting confidential correspondence, and compiling documents for meetings.
• Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, and logistics.
• Ensuring Marketing leadership schedules are aligned, respected, and optimized for impact.
• Researching, prioritizing, and following up on sensitive or confidential issues addressed to the Marketing Leadership determining the best course of action or response.
• Acting as a communication bridge between the Marketing Leadership and internal teams—building trust, credibility, and clarity across departments.
• Keeping Marketing leadership informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and emerging issues.
• Maintaining a pulse on the team environment and surfacing key insights to leadership.
• Taking a hands-on approach to critical deliverables, including drafting letters, correspondence, and project-related materials.
• Managing competing priorities with agility—handling tasks proactively and driving projects to completion under tight deadlines.
