Job Summary
Provides Executive Level Administrative support to the Chief Engineer and Engineering Functional Directors for the STARE Project Office. Updates and maintains calendar synchronization, calendar coverage, and preparation of materials for meetings. Schedules and coordinates conference rooms for Directors and OCE Directorate meetings. Print, track, and prepare charts, briefings, and correspondence for meetings attended by the Chief Engineer. Prepare daily Smart Book containing calendar printouts, RAHs, and other essential notes for leadership. Serves as backup Executive Assistant to the STARE Project Office Front Office in the absence of designated personnel.

Duties
Tasker and Document Management
- Track SACO taskers, CUI releases, and other front office or personnel taskers for the OCE Directorate to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare, consolidate, and format STARE Staff Call charts for OCE in alignment with the STARE Battle Rhythm.
- Draft, prepare, and route memos, letters, and other official documentation through RADAR for approval.
- Attend meetings to provide presentation support, maintain records, and document action items.
- Maintain organizational charts for OCE and the Production Directorate.
- Maintain and update OCE Accountability Distribution List, Engineering All Distribution List, and recall rosters.
- Maintain the OCE Teams Channel for accountability drills.
- Track incoming and outgoing personnel for the OCE Directorate.
- Maintain lists of S3I and SRD employees for accountability, personnel taskers, and reviews.
- Update and track STARE deployed personnel daily, including departures and returns for all OCONUS travel.
- Update Engineering TDA spreadsheet on a monthly basis to reflect current personnel structure and requirements.
- Update and maintain monthly priority listings for current vacancies to process through AvMC.
- Prepare materials for Hiring Boards.
- Process personnel actions through the MANPOWER database, including requests to hire and fulfillment of vacancies.
- Attend personnel action meetings with S3I and SRD personnel to support staffing requirements and reviews.
- Prepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers for the Chief Engineer, as well as for Production and Configuration, Product Assurance, and Software Directorate personnel.
- Candidate must have an active secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one
- A High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience
