About Us

Aspire365 is actively seeking A Full Time Executive Assistant with experience in the mental health space to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is an employed full-time position, with flexible hours, focusing on delivering services through telemedicine visits.

At Aspire365, we are guided by a distinctive mission — to provide the highest quality evidence-based care for individuals ages 12 and over grappling with primary mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. Our commitment to transforming treatment delivery is evident in our intensive evidence-based program, which has demonstrated success through the evidence gathered by our data analytics team as well as positive outcomes observed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize collaborative tools across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Lead clinical initiatives, process improvements, and service expansions
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast team needs, address resource constraints, and plan for operational demands in patient care.
  • Document and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Partner with clinical directors to design and launch new programs, including infrastructure development and outcome measurement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts in program design, workflow implementation, performance tracking, and staff training.
  • Support pilot programs and scaling efforts by ensuring adaptive documentation tools and systems are in place.
  • Drive change management initiatives and ensure organizational readiness for new strategies and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an exclusive assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficiency in SmartSheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven success in group coordination and across department planning
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with frequent experience engaging with executive-level staff
  • Located within a reasonable distance of Sandy, Utah preferred
  • An ability to commute to the office at least 2 times a week
