The Executive Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the President, CEO, CAO, CFO. This role also provides administrative support to the COO in collaboration with the Surgery Center Executive Assistant. In addition, the Executive Assistant will provide oversite of the corporate office facility operations.
This is a full-time opportunity based at our Corporate Office in Woodbury, MN. Monday – Friday daytime hours. This position may also involve travel to any/all Summit locations based on events.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Maintain administrative calendars for CEO, CAO, CFO, coordinating schedules to ensure that meetings and other functions do not conflict with existing or planned events. May also coordinate calendar for COO for administrative related meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including composition, preparation, and distribution of routine correspondence and presentations.
- Arrange and organize meetings, retreats and workshops. Coordinates company-wide recognition events including agendas, calendar invitations, materials, meals and supplies. Coordinates meeting minutes and action items, as requested for executive, board and leadership meetings.
- Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, telephone calls, email communications, mail, and handling routine and high-level requests.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports for executive team.
- Provide back up support to corporate front desk as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Required: High School
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: Experience supporting senior leaders in a healthcare or health-related organization, preferred
Required: Minimum five years of recent administrative or office experience, preferably including one year of supervisory or management experience
Summit’s hiring range for this position is $60,436 – $75,545 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
