The successful candidate will provide support to 3 Program Management Directors and their program staff.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Full-scope administrative support for 3 leaders, including Outlook calendar management, domestic and international travel arrangements, and creating and submitting expense reports
• Working closely with the finance team to set, track, and meet spending goals for various program budgets
• Special event planning and execution
• Act as liaison to Facilities in all building occupancy negotiations, personnel and/or property moves, and various other facilities requests
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to the Customer
• Order office supplies and track/maintain inventory
• Provide support for building access, badging, and equipment requests for guests, new hires, and contracted labor
• Work closely with IT, facilities, contracts, finance, shipping/receiving, senior leadership, subcontracts, and other administrative staff in support of program objectives and to meet team needs
