Job Description
An Events Assistant plays a key role in planning and executing memorable brand experiences. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to help coordinate all aspects of our client events—from concept to execution—ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards of creativity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and internal projects
Communicate with vendors, venues, and event staff to manage logistics and schedules
Support on-site event setup and breakdown
Ensure all branding materials and displays are correctly implemented
Maintain detailed records of budgets, schedules, and event reports
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on event progress
Collaborate with the creative team to bring thematic ideas to life
Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and guest lists
Qualifications
Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or administrative support is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event planning software
A team player with a positive and creative mindset
