Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives
- Brand Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote events and raise brand awareness
- Client Interaction: Assist with client relations, ensuring their event expectations are met and exceeded
- Event Logistics: Support the setup, management, and breakdown of events, ensuring all event materials, equipment, and signage are in place
- Marketing Campaigns: Help create and distribute marketing materials (emails, flyers, social media posts) to promote events
- On-Site Support: Provide assistance on the day of events, acting as a point of contact for attendees and vendors
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences and potential event partners
- Reporting: Track event performance metrics and gather feedback to improve future event planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as take initiative when necessary
- Detail-oriented and able to handle logistics and event coordination efficiently
- Creative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box for marketing strategies
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
