As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Manage logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
• Create detailed event proposals and timelines, ensuring all elements are aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to maximize resources and achieve profitability.
• Oversee event setup, management, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful events.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
