Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our company’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and staying within financial parameters.
• Work closely with marketing to promote events internally and externally.
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to manage all aspects of execution.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of executed events.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups.
• Creative problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, event management software, and social media platforms.
