Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. You will be the go-to person for managing logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring every event runs smoothly, meets expectations, and stays within budget.

**Responsibilities**

• Plan, organize, and manage events including corporate functions, private parties, and community initiatives
• Develop event timelines and schedules, and ensure all milestones are met
• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored event experiences
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and services
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Monitor event budgets and prepare post-event reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and insurance requirements
• Solve problems efficiently and adapt to changes during events
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• Familiarity with event management tools and budgeting
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is a plus
