Responsibilities
- Observe and document clients' medication.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Observe clients' physical conditions, attitude, appetite and report any changes to the provider.
- Timely and accurate documentation in EMR system.
- Efficiently and correctly complete the intake process of admitting clients.
- Ensure appropriate stock, labeling, and storage of medication.
- Comply with HIPPA requirements.
- Refill/request medication, as needed.
- Oversee lab orders, as ordered by the provider.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Thoroughly complete daily assessments and promptly documentation.
- Communicate in a timely manner with all departments.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- Must be able to give TB tests.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Background check, drug screen, TB test and Physical (Covered by the company).
- Clean driving record.
- Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:30am shifts.
- Must be able to be on call 1 time per month on a rotation schedule with others in department.
- Eligible for Aflac, Medical, Vision, Dental and Life insurance plans after 90 days of employment.
- 401K after 6 months of employment with employers match.
