Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management
• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program
• Support and protect our culture
• Community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management
• Follow safety standards
• Follow Waxing the City’s signature techniques and elevated standards
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Current IL State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
• Exceptional Customer Service

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
