This is a full-time on-site role located in Mission Viejo, CA for an Escrow Officer. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the closing process of residential real estate transactions. Daily tasks include facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, and agents, preparing legal documents, obtaining signatures, and managing funds according to escrow instructions. The role also requires excellent customer service skills and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

• Experience in Escrow, Closings, and Notary services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mission Viejo, CA
• Relevant certification or license for Escrow services is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
