Job Summary:

• Join our client as a ERP Security and Finance Manager, where you'll lead teams managing ERP security and finance systems. This role is perfect for a seasoned leader with expertise in SAP systems and SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ERP Security and Finance Systems teams, ensuring smooth SAP operations.
• Drive team improvements, keeping projects on track and meeting milestones.
• Lead a diverse team across the US and India, inspiring performance.
• Support month-end close activities, resolving errors and maintaining schedules.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Provide leadership for US Back Office solutions, prioritizing stakeholder needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong grasp of SOx compliance and frameworks.
• Expertise in managing complex SAP systems and IT controls.
• Finance background with knowledge of month-end/year-end processes.
• Excellent leadership skills for guiding and supporting teams.
• Ability to drive process improvements and innovations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
