Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 Annually

Job Summary

The ERP Analyst will help develop, implement, and support an integrated NetSuite ERP System in a growing distribution company. Responsible for properly utilizing ERP functionality to support the business requirements with an in depth understanding of its configuration and design. Serves as technical expert to review business requirements and develop appropriate solutions via design, code, configuration, testing, and implementation with minimal oversight. Develops technical specification documentation, trouble shoots and fixes problems, and assists users with reporting and data analysis.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive knowledge for NetSuite application functionality, configuration, and support.
  • Design and document solutions to business problems that leverage the native ERP functionality.
  • Configure ERP system modules and install and customize modules as appropriate. May design and code custom applications and processes. Document configuration and customizations.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between ERP system and other internal or external systems.
  • Support ERP system data, troubleshoot and fix problems, and assist users with reporting and data analysis.
  • Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and tier 2 application support.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems within the ERP system configuration, ERP system customizations, related custom applications and interfaces.
  • Assist with the maintenance of security authorizations and roles.
  • Test applications and resolve user testing issues.
  • Train users in ERP solutions.
  • Adherence to change control standards, policies, and procedures. This includes testing and training procedures.
  • Seize opportunities to take the initiative on providing technical solutions to business problems within a team environment.
  • Participate in the business justification process for technical infrastructure projects by estimating efforts and resources, prioritizing effectively, and managing deadlines.
  • Problem resolution with vendor technical support
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Required

  • BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in ERP Administration, Configuration & Support.
  • Understanding of Database relationships knowledge and file structures.
  • NetSuite ERP system configuration and administration
  • Understanding of Order to Cash Value Stream
