Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30PM (Swing Shift), with limited after hours and weekends as required
Starting Wage: $20.40 - $29.70, plus $1.25 swing shift differential

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating machinery to ensure high-quality part production while meeting customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and performing maintenance to maximize uptime.

- Operate press brake machinery with precision to meet production goals.
- Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met for each order.
- Verify job priority, material selection, and machine settings for optimal performance.
- Make necessary adjustments, including program edits, to improve efficiency and quality.
- Conduct first-part inspections to ensure specified tolerances and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform regular predictive maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency and uptime.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as required.
- one (1) year of Press Brake Experience
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
