Equipment Coordinator

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under the supervision of the on-site equipment manger to mange all equipment
• Check in/out equipment
• Coordinate with on-site mechanics on equipment needs (repair, maintenance, etcetera)
• Equipment inventorying
• Daily review of equipment inspections produced by craft.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.
• Ability to travel if needed.
  
  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
