Essential Duties:

  • Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects
  • Makes sure projects are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, if not, revises plan to make them so
  • Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance
  • Ensure scope of supply and schedules are adequately defined, that accurate drawings are issued, that added costs are tracked, that equipment is properly designed, and that the engineering aspects of project schedules are maintained
  • Serve as primary company contact for all general engineering questions, delegating as appropriate
  • Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision and managing performance
  • Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Creates and manages project budgets
  • Regularly updates clients, stakeholders, and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects
  • Works closely with Product Line, Engineering and/or Operations staff 

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related field
  • EXPERIENCE: 10+ years’ experience in leadership position managing projects
  • TRAVEL: 50%
  • OTHER:
    • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
    • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
