Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $700 - $850 per week

We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team and help streamline daily operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn essential skills in personal assistance and gain exposure to various aspects of our business. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events
• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
