- Assist the marketing team in organizing and coordinating campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
- Support client communications related to marketing initiatives, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Track marketing project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, client materials, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
