Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to conclusion.
- Support event logistics including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare event materials such as programs, invitations, and promotional items.
- Assist with event setup, monitoring event progress, and breakdown after events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
