Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills while contributing to a variety of exciting projects. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our communications team by helping to create and distribute content across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
• Create, edit, and update content for social media platforms, newsletters, and websites.
• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.
• Support the preparation of press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and webinars.
• Help maintain and update the communications database and file systems.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
