Entry-level AutoCAD Quality Control Analyst

Allpoints Surveying is seeking an Entry-level AutoCAD Quality Control Analyst to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. The AutoCAD Quality Control Analyst is tasked with ensuring any surveying documents created for our clients are of a high quality, accurate, and meet the standards of the surveying industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive reviews of drafted residential surveys to ensure accuracy prior to client submittal.
• Reports any errors in writing to the appropriate department.
• Perform reviews and tracks root cause of errors; identifies patterns and recommends solutions, improvements, and/or updates.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to any document errors that arise.
• Interacts and maintains professional relationships with clients, direct team members, and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AutoCAD experience and/or AutoCAD certified preferred.
• Exposure to Drafting, Construction, Home Building, Civil Engineering or Land Surveying a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) or related software required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• High degree of attention to detail required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  
  

Working Conditions

This role follows a five-day (5) workweek, with employees expected to work in the Houston office from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required as requested.
