We are seeking an Entry-Level Lean Facilitator to join our team and support continuous process improvement using lean methodology and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of lean initiatives at various locations.
- Support planning and execution of lean events with cross-functional teams, including report-out and follow-up.
- Help document lean initiative results and assist process owners in developing standard work processes.
- Participate in process mapping, value stream mapping, and identifying inefficiencies in productivity.
- Assist in conducting periodic lean health checks and audits.
- Help develop training materials and deliver education on lean methodologies, continuous improvement topics, and quality tools.
- Promote teamwork and enhance relationships among group members.
- Encourage innovative thinking to improve processes, service, efficiency, inventory, cost, and space.
- Foster a lean culture throughout the company.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.
- Some experience or coursework related to lean events and methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of lean business practices, change management principles, and administrative practices.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and supporting programs and projects.
- Ability to develop effective work teams and motivate individuals.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems related to work.
- Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Strong written communication skills
