At Replenysh we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team.

About The Job

We’re seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead supplier acquisition for large and strategic hospitality accounts. This is a high-impact, senior role focused on landing high-volume supply partners such as hotel groups, entertainment venues, restaurant chains, and other major commercial generators of recyclable material.

As a core member of the revenue team, you’ll own the supplier sales motion end-to-end, from sourcing leads to closing deals, and help shape the playbook as we scale nationally.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage your network to source and close strategic partnerships with large-volume suppliers, especially in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term supplier value.
  • Represent Replenysh externally at trade events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Provide market feedback and help evolve our supplier acquisition strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, commercial services, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or multi-location clients.
  • Strong network of relevant contacts within the hospitality sector, especially in the California market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.
  • Comfortable operating independently and in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Existing relationships with national businesses in hospitality.
  • Experience in recycling, waste management, sustainability, or logistics.
  • Worked in a fast-paced startup or early-stage environment.
