Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat by answering their questions and providing reliable information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management system.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery.
- Provide follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and follow-up.
