What You Will Be Doing

• Creating personalized family experiences that highlight Alpha’s educational model, driving enrollment decisions
• Overseeing the entire admissions process with prompt, thoughtful, and strategic communication
• Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance issues, and coordinating with staff for resolutions
• Managing vendor relationships to ensure proactive facility maintenance
• Utilizing documentation and feedback to continuously enhance processes

• Enduring endless meetings without clear outcomes or decision-makers
• Delivering the same pitch repeatedly. Every conversation with families is unique, personal, and considerate
• Micromanaging vendors or chasing paperwork that should have been properly documented initially

Enrollment Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead the admissions journey and campus operations to boost student enrollment and ensure a safe, efficient environment conducive to exceptional teaching and learning.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in school admissions, enrollment, or family engagement
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and self-motivation
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn campus operations
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ or willingness to relocate
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
