Under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager, the Engineer I support clients to analyze, research, document, communicate, and remediate identified events that provide stability and security to the clients infrastructure, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Summary
Under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager, the Engineer I support clients to analyze, research, document, communicate, and remediate identified events that provide stability and security to the clients infrastructure, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Understands client support scope for technology infrastructure, and security structures.
- Ensures overall client satisfaction by providing ongoing support for contracted hardware and services.
- Effectively triage alerts for hardware, connectivity, and security while following best practices.
- Responds to hardware and security alerts, ensuring case is documented and communication with the clients.
- Records case documentation and supports learning on team/project sites.
- Communicates with stakeholders any trends identified in alerts.
- Works within the time and scope for projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
- Works in a team environment, both with Wipfli team members and client team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of job-related experience.
- Obtains certifications or is working towards appropriate certifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
