Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. The candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using ReactJS and Spring Boot, while ensuring adherence to Agile practices and architectural design standards.

Rate Range: $49/hour to 53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Develop high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and client-server applications.
• Ensure front-end best practices are followed while creating responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with RDBMS databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Apply Agile and SOA methodologies and utilize design patterns like Factory Method, Singleton, and Command.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use tools like Jira and Rally for project tracking and reporting.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development and open-source technologies.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Spring Boot, and enterprise-level application development.
• Prior experience with One App and One Data platforms, and familiarity with credit card servicing and fraud systems.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
