Key Responsibilities
- Connect job seekers with appropriate employment opportunities
- Qualify and screen applicants through interviews and assessments
- Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual interviews
- Perform skills profiling to match candidates to open positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and customers
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
- Meet hiring goals and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Motivated to go the extra mile for customers and associates
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Salary plus commission structure
