Email Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and other one to one communications for HomeGoods and Homesense to achieve brand goals and drive traffic online and in store!

Who We Are Looking For: You!

• Stay on top of the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and standard processes
• Make suggestions for campaign improvement based on observations
• Work with the Email Manager on management and execution of email deployment calendar
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, CRM, Consumer Intelligence, and Site Management to support email execution, from briefing process to final deployment
• Assist the Email Marketing Manager with the development and communication of campaign segmentation
• Collaborate with CRM team to complete email list pulls based on segmentation strategy in partnership with Email Manager
• Own the completion of email campaigns, coordinating rounds of proofing and testing to final deployment
• Lead the completion of A/B email testing in the email platform
• Own the delivery of push notifications for mobile app and updating reporting
• Monitor the deployment of email marketing campaigns and deliverability in third party platform
• Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports using third party email service provider and web analytics provider reporting tools to capture and analyze results to optimize emails and make recommendations
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong partner and relationship builder
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to operate and navigate a matrix environment
• Ability to be adaptable and work quick through last minute changes
• Agile and innovative problem solver
  
  

This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of $63,000.00 to $78,800.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
